This first deliverable of the Task Force for more sustainable healthcare real estate provides a shared framework for understanding the French market, covering its key segments and their operational, real estate, and financing challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of this English version is to make these insights accessible to an international audience and to foster a common language among investors, operators, and stakeholders beyond France.
